Requirements for Home Meets
The Booster Club hosts 3 home meets each year. These meets are important fundraisers for the booster program and the profits from the meets benefit all team members. Without these meets booster fees would be significantly higher. The success of our home meets is crucial to all members of the Boosters and all families are required to work at every meet doing either set up of the equipment before the meet OR tear down of the equipment after the meet AND one meet session during the meet. Families who do not work will be charged $100 per meet.

Home meets will be listed on the master meet schedules sent out by the coaches. Make a note of the home meet dates and plan to work. The success of the boosters depends on it!

Meet Schedules
The coaches work on the meet schedule and it usually comes out in the early fall. The meet schedule can change at any time. Meets last multiple days with your gymnast participating in a particular session. Session times are not usually provided for out-of-town meets.
All gymnasts are entered for all meets at their level.

When the meet schedule comes out please inform your team rep in addition to your coach if your gymnast is unable to compete in any meets.

Orientation Meeting
The Booster Club will have an orientation meeting in September. At this meeting team parents can get to know each other, get answers to questions, and learn about the various committees and jobs that need enthusiastic helpers to ensure a successful meet season.
